Sustainability at ]init[: Society and Personnel Development
We embrace diversity, train young people, offer opportunities for lateral entry and encourage personal commitment. Diversity and inclusion in everyday working life create a feel-good atmosphere. This is not the only reason why many employees stay with us for more than five years.
Nachhaltiges Handeln bedeutet für uns auch, ein Safe Space für unsere Mitarbeitenden zu sein. Wir fördern und leben Diversität als offenes, kommunikatives Miteinander.
Chief Business Officer
]init[ Cares
To support our employees, we have launched the "]init[ Cares" program - with information sessions, keynotes and events on physical and mental health in the home office, we create real added value for everyday working life at home. "]init[ Cares" organizes over 40 events for employees at all locations each year outside of everyday project work.
LGBTQIA+ empowerment
Each location has a Rainbow Community with Rainbow Ambassadors who are always available to address LGBTIQ* concerns. They are on hand with advice and support in everyday working life and beyond and look forward to regular after-work hangouts with the community with various events and get-togethers.
Diversity is not just a buzzword for us. Every day, we create a respectful coexistence of different influences and cultures at ]init[.

Our supplier code of conduct
It is clear to us that respecting human rights and practicing sustainability along the value chain is part of our corporate responsibility - and must not be lost sight of. We have set out our expectations of suppliers in a binding code of conduct. This also includes international standards for environmental and climate protection, conscious resource consumption and responsible material procurement. Our suppliers are committed to fair competition and trade regulations, respect intellectual property and place the highest value on confidentiality and data protection.
Human rights and environment
We are committed to respecting human rights and the environment and to taking responsibility for our supply and value chain. This commitment gives rise to corresponding expectations of business partners and suppliers. We do not tolerate child or forced labor or discrimination and are committed to fair working hours, safe working conditions and appropriate remuneration.
