]init[ expands Managing Board Dr. Eckart Pech becomes Chief Business Officer Health

The Supervisory Board of ]init[ has appointed Dr. Eckart Pech as a new member of the Managing Board. Dr. Pech, who is based in Munich, will take over the newly created Health board department. By establishing this position, we are strengthening our position as a provider of digital end-to-end solutions in the healthcare sector.

Dr. Eckart Pech was appointed as of 1 March 2025 following the acquisition of the HBSN group by ]init[ . In his new role, he will be responsible for the business for around 400 health customers and will strategically merge the digitalization portfolio of both companies. At the same time, Dr. Eckart Pech is a member of the management board of the HBSN group and is responsible for its operational business in order to ensure the seamless integration of the two companies' value chains.

Dr. Eckart Pech has been a member of the Management Board of HBSN GmbH since 2024. He previously held board and management positions at CompuGroup Medical Deutschland AG, Allianz Technology SE, Telefónica Germany and Deutsche Telekom.
