]init[ Leipzig A strong team for all of Central Germany

From the innovation hub Leipzig, we set digitalization in motion throughout Central Germany. In 2023, we moved into our quarters in Barfußgässchen.

With our newest branch, we have created an attractive place for ]init[s from the region to meet and co-create. Just a few minutes away from the main train station, modern work areas with meeting zones, a lounge and a large kitchen offer plenty of space and flexibility for the further growth of the still young location.

What makes us stand out

Growing, young site

Since summer 2023, around 50 employees in and around Leipzig/Halle have been helping to consolidate the young location through their particularly warm and cooperative cooperation. And the number is constantly growing.

Modern meets old building charm

From the modern premises of our office on the 4th floor of the Art Nouveau building, we serve clients throughout central Germany and work closely with colleagues from other locations.

Right in the middle

We enjoy lunch breaks together with a view of the beautiful old town hall. Thanks to the excellent local and long-distance transport connections, we are not only in the heart of the city, but also of the whole country.

In addition to strategy, conception and all-round consulting, we specialize in testing, accessibility, project management, content and implementation.

Four-legged friends welcome

As a dog-friendly location, we are happy to share the burden of petting. However, if it's not (currently) convenient, we can also work pet-free thanks to the excellent spatial layout.

More proximity and holistic digitalization

The seventh location within Germany supports our growth strategy, positions us as an attractive employer and strengthens our proximity to our clients and partners in Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia. From consulting to the conception and creation of digital solutions through to development and operation, employees from all areas work at the Leipzig site.
