Data protection information LinkedIn Lead Gen
We use so-called "lead gen forms" to acquire customers. A lead is an interested party who provides their contact details to contact a company that offers services or products. We use this contact data to provide information about products, services or events. We use the LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms service for this purpose.
Data processing
We use forms to generate leads. When contacting us via LinkedIn forms, personal data is stored by LinkedIn and transmitted to us.
In particular, the following types of data may be processed by us in this context:
- Contact details: First and last name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, phone number, city, state/province, country/region, zip code, business email address, business phone number
- Qualification data: Education, degrees, subjects studied, university/vocational school, start or graduation date
- Employer details: company name, company size, sector
- Job details: job title, areas of activity, career level
We use your data to contact you and subsequently send you further information, products or invitations to events.
Purpose and legal basis
The legal basis for the evaluation of the LinkedIn lead forms is your express consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time using the contact details provided. The processing activities carried out up to that point remain unaffected by this.
Duration of data storage
We store your data for a period of two years from receipt of the completed form. The personal data will be deleted if statutory retention periods prevent this.
On LinkedIn, the lead data is automatically deleted after 90 days. For more information on how LinkedIn uses your data, please refer to LinkedIn's privacy policy.

We use your data confidentially and only for contacting you.
